Work performed: Complete interior and exterior renovation of 20,000 SF building in downtown Historical District of Geneva. Exterior work: exterior façade renovation, Replacement HVAC roof top units, New Fire suppression system, parking lot replacement, New paver patio and Arbor. Interior work: Complete interior remodel of office space including: addition of seven (7) new bathrooms, HVAC, electrical, Drywall, framing, fire alarm, flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling.

Recent work performed: Residential and Commercial projects. Residential construction performed – New Welcome Center construction for apartment complex. Reconstruction of fire damaged apartments from 30k to 1 million. Apartment rehabs including cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, doors, frames, tile and paint. Site improvements including new storm sewer install, asphalt parking lots, concrete, masonry, roofing, siding and gutters. Emergency services including fire, water, flood, wind damage. Commercial construction performed– tenants build outs from 20k to 500k. Recent work performed: Complete rebuild on 5 unit townhome in Wadsworth, 1M. Several townhome rebuilds (Northbrook 500k, Vernon Hills 75k) including all framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roofing, doors, flooring and painting.
