Scott GunsaullusPresident
Scott started a painting company in 1979 with one employee. He started Genesis Construction, originally Gunsaullus Construction, in 1992 as an addition to the painting company and a way to also provide construction services to his painting customers. He’s now proud to have 18 full time, experienced professionals at Genesis Construction and owns both successful companies. As Founder and President of Genesis Construction, Scott is actively involved in the management of the company, providing leadership and guidance in all facets of the organization. In addition, Scott holds numerous patents as the inventor of various construction tools and devices. His current interests include golf, psychic readings, meditation, and reading, with a particular fondness for business publications.
John SparacinoVice President, Sales and Marketing
John’s knowledge and experience of the construction industry was primarily gained through hands on experience. His main sales focus includes commercial build-outs and insurance work. Additionally, he writes estimates, engages in new client relationships, and manages existing accounts. His other duties include supervision of project managers and sales associates. John is a Certified Restorer (CR) with the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) as well as being a member of CAI and CAA.
Marcin LupinskiProject Manager and Field Superintendent
As an experienced field superintendent and project manager, Marcin is responsible for the day to day operations at the construction site. This includes scheduling and coordinating employees and subcontractors, ordering materials, inspecting all aspects of the construction site for quality control, and overall safety management. Marcin’s background includes carpentry and hands-on field work in Fire and Water Remediation.
Scott CzapigaProject Manager and Field Superintendent
Scott brings a wide variety of expertise to Genesis Construction, with hands-on experience working on many projects as a manager and field superintendent. His responsibilities include work order completion, materials ordering, job site inspections, and quality control. Effective communication is his forte as he regularly updates customers and managers on the progress of many ongoing construction projects.
Russ WagnerSales Associate
Russ brings a high end organizational skill set, as well as industry knowledge and experience to his role as a Sales Associate for multi-family HOA. In addition to entering estimates based on field inspections, he also provides estimates based on manager RFP’s. Additionally, Russ holds certifications in Fire and Water Remediation.
Amanda PriceAdministrative Assistant
Overseeing many of the administrative functions in the offices of Genesis Construction, Amanda directly handles many financial matters such as client billing, weekly payroll, and vendor payables. In addition, her broad-based administrative support includes receiving and processing work order requests, sales support, and overall coordination with Field Superintendent Scott Czapiga.
Tahnde LoureiroOffice Manager
Tahnde supports Genesis Construction by coordinating workplace communication and efficiency as she’s responsible for assigning and monitoring administrative duties among office staff. She coordinates various office staff activities with sales and field personnel and manages our company 401k, health, and benefit programs. Tahnde also oversees business liability insurance and safety programs.
